In Chinese traditional culture, Jade (“Yu玉”) is the most cherished gem, and it can also be used to describe beautiful things and people. “Hidden Jade” means undiscovered fine jade. In my opinion, it is the best way to express wines with incredible potentials. They are just like undiscovered gems, waiting to be found and shine like stars.
